In addition to the weekly inclass reading exercise, students are required to read at least 10 additional books of their choice per term and write book reviews for them. Students will learn 360 essential vocabulary in addition to 200 sight words. The writing section starts with a focus on improving students&#8217; spelling skills before moving on to simple sentences.<\/p>\n            <p class=\"mb20\">Presentations are introduced in this level and they are held twice every term to build students\u2019 confidence in the use of the English language.<\/p>\n            <p>Students are expected to spend at least 15 minutes a day at home to work on the homework assigned and to prepare for the weekly quizzes.
