We’re excited to give you a peek into life at Sunnyside<\/strong>! Each day, our amazing teacher captures all the fun, learning, and special moments happening in our classroom through class journals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We thought it would be great to share these with you\u2014so you can see all the wonderful things we’re up to!<\/p>\n\n\n

In the afternoon, we made slime together! We mixed baking soda, water, laundry glue, contact lens solution, glitter, and food coloring, and successfully created wonderfully stretchy, handmade slime. The children enjoyed the gooey texture \u2014 even those who were hesitant to touch it at first eventually overcame their fear and joined in.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Back in the classroom, we continued our ocean-themed projects. The children painted paper plates to create beautiful ocean flowers and began painting toilet rolls for an upcoming project. They also enjoyed sticking bottle caps to form wave patterns, a calming and creative activity that kept them engaged.

After lunch, we had a seasonal art activity making firefly art. We flicked white paint onto black paper to make a starry sky, then drew and cut out fireflies, using shiny gold paper for the glowing part.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

We used the afternoon for some art. Instead of using paint brushes, everyone used sponges to drop and splat some paint onto their papers! It was messy but fun at the same time!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunnyside International Kindergarten, an international school under J PREP company, would like to invite you to join our summer info session on July 25 (Friday) from 15:00-16:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the info session, free childcare for children ages 2-6 will be provided together with some fun activities for them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
